This earthy, urban Lakeside Cottage offers exquisite 180-degree lake and small island views from multiple angles. The modern architecture and floor to ceiling windows take full advantage of this truly unique setting.

Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are spread out on one open concept level. Amber is an entertainer’s dream with its great room, ample light and gourmet chef’s kitchen where you are always part of the conversation. The furnished outdoor cabana with louvered roof extends the living space to offer sun or shade with a lovely breeze, and space to relax with your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Enjoy lounging and socializing at the natural stone fire pit or watch the iconic Muskoka steamships glide past the sun-drenched dock. Immerse in the Jacuzzi hot tub while encouraging the “Family Chef” to up their game with our patio side, wood-fired pizza oven.

Only 15 minutes from the Muskoka Airport, Amber Cottage is the perfect location, especially for water enthusiasts and boat aficionados. Our expansive boathouse rooftop deck features more than 400 square feet of space for sun-seekers, including patio dining and comfortable loungers.
